Linda was just fantastic. I was living out of State and needed her knowledge for out of state seller. I already had a buyer, however was selling my property to a friend for very low price. Naturally based on sales price the commission was really small. Linda did not think about this as much as she was willing to be helpful and acted in a extremely professional manner. I had spoken with some title companies to help me but once they found out selling price seemed to be hesitant to work with me. Not Linda she just wanted to help.
